New COVID-19 Changes
Due to COVID -19 the following changes have been made:
1. Rent cannot be picked up any longer. You can pay rent in the following ways:
- You can mail in a money order payable to RDMS and send to: RDMS PO Box 16045, Rochester, NY 14616
- You can pay CASH and use "PayNearMe" service at any CVS or 7-Eleven. (Online Account needed)
- You can pay online with your checking account or credit card ( online account needed & Credit cards are charged 3% fee )
NOTE: If you do not have an online account, please text us at 585-420-6768 provide us your email address and say I WANT ONLINE ACCESS. We will set up an account for you immediately
2. Service calls are now only for Tenant Safety or Life Threatening Emergencies. These include
- Major Plumbing leaks / Water tank not working
- Clogged Drains
- No Heat
- Dangerous Electrical Issues
- Fire, Structural or Major wind damage
*** For anything that is non-emergency or just cosmetic, we will address these issues after restrictions have been lifted. Our goal is to keep everyone safe which includes tenants and employees.
***Please note, that if we do schedule a service call with you, please make sure that all parties maintain the recommended social distance. We realize that small children are curious and love to know what is going on, but for the safety of all, please keep children in another area of the apartment or house. Their safety is paramount.
*** If you have been diagnosed with the "Corona-Virus" please let us know immediately. We do not want to promote the spread of the virus and we will check up on you by phone or text to check on your well-being.
